Beretta vs browning for sporting clays reddit review (used for $300 about 10 years ago - its a Baikal basically). I'm looking for suggestions, and thoughts on the browning citori cx. I shoot mainly LM and Mod for all the clays Absolutely buy the sporting version if you plan to shoot clays. Even shot Sporting Clays against a girl who was shooting a Perazzi and her gun kept not working. It feels great and I am shooting better than ever. Pick a gun you like the best then pattern that with different sizes, weights, dram and brands to see what works best for you. You can always get a trigger job on a Browning if you need it. How either I’d highly recommend the 686 because changing the Optima chokes allows you to shoot skeet, trap, wobble, sporting clays or 5-stand, and is my do-everything gun. I consider the two to be equal in quality and design. I feel I can move faster and transition to the second clay more quickly. The Franchi seems like a well-made gun and it's at least $1000 cheaper.
